Michelle is the Blue Water Task Force Manager at Surfrider, where she supports chapter-led water testing program throughout the country. Michelle has a background in aquatic ecology, as well as volunteer engagement and education. As a passionate water quality advocate, she believes that science communication is just as important as obtaining scientific results. When not working, Michelle can be found kayaking, snorkeling, hiking with her pups, or reading a good book.
